Made with tender cooked chicken, peas, sweetcorn and hearty rice, this favourite meal has fuelled expeditions, sailors, bikepackers, ultramarathoners and every day adventurers around the world. Just add hot water and in five minutes you’ll be ready to enjoy a delicious meal.

Preparation: Remove the oxygen absorber (sachet) from inside the pouch. Add 180ml of boiling water, stir the contents, and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.

Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer. The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic. Do not eat.

Expedition Foods meals have a long shelf life of up to 5 years.
