The Vegetable Tikka with Rice dish serves as a hearty meal away from home whether you are exploring India or enjoying a weekend camping trip to the Lake District. Just add hot water, stir and wait five minutes. You won’t believe a meal could taste this good.

Preparation: Remove the Oxygen Absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch. (The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic). Add boiling water to just above line 5 (480ml), stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.

Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer.

Expedition Foods meals have a long shelf life of up to 5 years.
